These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Mamuci Creative Limited website and all creative, design, consultancy and related services provided by Mamuci Creative Limited, Company No. 07876691.
By accessing or using this website, contacting Mamuci Creative Limited, commissioning work, approving an estimate or instructing work to proceed, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
The content of this website is provided for general information and to showcase the services and work of Mamuci Creative Limited. Website content, including text, designs, graphics, imagery and branding, must not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.

OWNERSHIP & PAYMENT
All concepts, designs, artwork, layouts, copy, imagery, presentations, digital assets and other creative work produced by Mamuci Creative Limited remain the property of Mamuci Creative Limited until the relevant invoice has been paid in full.
Until full cleared payment is received, the client has no right to reproduce, publish, distribute, supply or otherwise use the work without written permission.
Once payment has been received in full, the agreed usage rights for the final approved work pass to the client. Working files, source files, unused concepts, rejected designs and development work remain the property of Mamuci Creative Limited unless otherwise agreed in writing.

WORKING TOGETHER
Work will be completed according to the agreed brief, estimate or quotation. Additional work, amendments or services outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
The client is responsible for checking and approving all artwork, copy, information and specifications before publication, production or release.
If a project is cancelled, postponed or substantially changed after work has commenced, Mamuci Creative Limited reserves the right to charge for all work completed and costs incurred. Work may be suspended and final artwork withheld where payment is overdue.
Mamuci Creative Limited accepts no responsibility for third-party websites linked from this website or for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or supplied creative work, to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms & Conditions and use of this website are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
